CHANTELLE
This was my first time having a personal coach for fitness and nutrition and it truly helped me knowing I had the same struggles as Bri had before she started working out. I wanted to be thin and skinny and tiny. I constantly weighed myself and chose not to eat in hopes of losing weight and becoming small. She absolutely gets it and was able to help me every step of the way with working up my calories and protein little by little to now being at 2200 cals. My ultimate hype woman who has stuck by my side and calmly critiqued my form to now for example my squats are counting and so are my deadlifts. I’ve gone from being scared of the gym to repping triple digit numbers at hip thrust and leg press. I’ve gained nearly 10kg since January and feel so much healthier and still quite lean.
