Our unique approach combines the expertise of two coaches — Bri and Liam — to ensure that you get the most out of your experience.Bri provides a personalized approach to nutrition and lifestyle advice while Liam specializes in creating customized exercise programs tailored to your specific goals. With The Off-Season Coach, you get the best of both worlds as our two coaches work together to provide you with the most comprehensive and effective training plan.

MEET BRI

Inspiring women to look and feel their best from the inside out is what I am passionate about! From a young age, I have always been someone with a competitive nature. I would say that this quality stemmed from a young age spending 10 years doing Track & Field. Throughout my career, I competed in numerous state and national competitions. In the last few years of high school I struggled with a borderline ED. After school, I was a little lost in myself and where I wanted life to go. I had so much time to dedicate to myself without opinions from anyone else and this was the first time I realised this. I signed up to the gym and fell in love with the strength I was obtaining. The gym helped me find love in building muscle, getting strong and fixing my relationship with myself. I knew it was my job to share this life-changing journey with other women. When I look back on my journey so far, I am so grateful for the way that everything has aligned, and I am so grateful for the experiences I had! I never expected my community to grow into what it is today and to be able to work alongside so many amazing women! Along the way, I’ve realised that my love for movement and health doesn’t just lie within myself. It lies within empowering and motivating women to see their potential, feel good about themselves, and enjoy their fitness journey no matter their goals

MEET LIAM

Liam is the coach you go to if you want to lift big weights and look great doing it! Constantly practicing what he preaches, Liam has personally tried and tested varying training methodologies, diet plans and spent countless hours under the barbell to figure out first hand what works and what doesn’t. It’s through his 9 years of study and experience working with a wide range of athletes, coaches and specialists that Liam has formulated a training system that guarantees optimal strength gains and an incredible physique. With an impressive amount of clients over the years, Liam has helped his athletes achieve outstanding results that took them to the next level in their chosen sports. As a powerlifter himself, he has also trained athletes in powerlifting, weightlifting, CrossFit, strongman and fitness modelling. He is the go to guy if your goal is to build the strongest, most aesthetic version of yourself. Liam prides himself on his ability to make everyone who sees him lift weights heavier than they ever thought possible. He has an eye for detail when it comes to knowing how the body should move. His training programs focus on getting his athletes strong and improving performance, but it is his balanced approach to programming and impeccable technique that also allows him to recondition and rehabilitate his athletes by correcting any dysfunction of movement. There are good athletes and there are good coaches, but it is very rare to find both, this is ultimately what sets Liam apart from the rest.
